- Recording a company’s financial transactions in online software (QuickBooks).
- Preparing and sending invoices and receipts to customers (Accounts Receivables).
- Entering, coding, and paying vendor bills (Accounts Payables).
- Processing payroll and maintaining employee records.
- Verifying data and reporting discrepancies in data to management.
- Reconciling the accounts to make sure they balance every month by classifying all of your revenue and expenses.
- Producing financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
